Thank You LimeGreen! We had a burst water line that flooded our downstairs. We called LimeGreen on the 4th of July. David and his team immediately came out to assess the damage. With a calm and professional demeanor, David explained the process. Their team began the "Drying Out" procedure. Kristi arrived the following day with specialty equipment that gave a 3D virtual tour of our home (very useful for insurance claims). David worked closely with our homeowner's insurance to provide necessary documentation regarding the nature and scope of the damage. We can't even imagine going through this alone. David and Kristi made themselves available to answer our many questions. They walked us through the process with knowledge and professionalism! Thank you, again, LimeGreen !!

I Honestly Don't Know What I Would Do Without Them
A pipe in my bathroom burst and flooded the downstairs of my home. My son found LimeGreen for me and I called them right away. This happened the day after everything shut down for the Covid19 pandemic. They came right out, fixed the pipe, and began drying things out. They packed up all my furniture and cut out all the water damage ( floors, walls, cabinetry). My homeowner's insurance is with AAA and they are still stalling things, 2-1/2 months later, but LimeGreen has been with me, helping me, supporting me, and guiding me the whole way. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. I'm still waiting for AAA to decide what they're going to do to help me with this (been with them for 47 years and never made a claim), but LimeGreen still has my back. Having your house flood is a frightening experience, especially during a pandemic, but if it happens to you, call LimeGreen immediately!!!

Great experience with Lime Green company. They were excellent in communication from beginning to end. They came out to my property for an inspection scope of work & were able to give us proper information, unlike other companies. Their team got started on all the treatments for our previous leak issue which caused us to get molds :(Quick service and they did a very thorough job! We Can Breathe Easily Again!
Our sewer line broke and flooded out all our nasty toilet waste and was just running under the house. We smelled something nasty but didn't know where it was coming from. Thought it might be the house next door, but no...it was us. We had a poopy swamp under our house. Lime Green came in and gave me a quote and a time estimate and got it done!! Kristi and her team are very professional and got the job done. Not only did they save us money (beating out handily other competitors) they got the job done WELL and saved our sanity. Our Home Rebuild Came Out Beautiful
We had a major burst pipe flood at our home in Porter Ranch on the second floor, which caused massive damage to both floors. We contacted Lime Green Restoration and they had their work trucks and a crew here within two hours on a Sunday night. Kristi and David (owners) were our advocates and represented us thoroughly with the insurance company from beginning to end regarding the restoration, demo and renovation prior to the rebuild. The insurance company tried many tactics to reduce proper renovation methods, along with improper lower payment to us. David and Kristi were right on top of of and advised us precisely as to what we needed to do to properly repair our home (not the inferior attempt by the insurance to cut corners). Our home rebuild came out beautiful and we are grateful to David, Kristi and LimeGreen for everything that they have done for us. I highly recommend Lime Green Water Damage and Restoration. Amazing Customer Service
I had a flood in my master bathroom and called two other companies before calling Lime Green. The first couldn't reach a tech to come out and finally returned my call several hours later (too late!). The second wouldn't even come out until I signed a contract! When I laughed thinking they had to be kidding, the scheduler took it personally and went on and on about how rude I was! After letting her know it was a nervous laugh (my bathroom was flooded and I was wasting time waiting for her to get over her "feelings"), she finally shut up and agreed to send a contract that I wasn't going to sign simply to get a quote. She never sent the contract! After talking to the idiot, I called Line Green.Frustrated and panicked, I called Lime Green. No BS! They sent someone right out and began remediation immediately. They immediately cleaned up, checked for moisture in walls, cabinets, and floors, and set up fans and dehumidifiers. Two days later, they came back, rechecked, and reported everything was dry. If I had waited for the other companies, the outcome surely would have been different! They treated the matter urgently, saving me thousands of dollars!Thank you, Lime Green!

They Were Excellent.
I called LimeGreen after receiving estimates from other companies for water and mold remediation. Lime Green was not the cheapest company, but after meeting with Turner Nelson I felt confident enough to hire Lime Green. Carlos, Jose, and Jaime were the workers at the job site. They were excellent. They made a stressful situation tolerable. We have no Complaints and only accolades for them. Hopefully, I never need to use Lime Green again, but I will definitely refer them to my friends.

They Were Professionals!
CHEERS to "LimeGreen " for their extremely valuable services. CHEERS to Carlos and Jaime for doing such good work on our home. They were professionals! These guys put their life at risk to clean up and remove molds of all kinds. You don't realize how bad a small water leak can cause sheetrock to become so contaminating. Can't Say Enough Great Things About Them.
We live in West Los Angeles when had a valve burst in our kitchen in the middle of the night. We woke up to a horrendous sound coming from under the kitchen cabinet. By the time we were awake enough to realize what had happened, the water had covered the tile in the kitchen and started to run down our wood floor in the living room. By the time we shut off the water, a good third of our house was flooded. Thank god Limegreen Restoration answered the phone. They had their technicians dispatched within a few minutes.
